Electrical conduit, water lines, gas lines and sewage all have to make its way underground. Trenching is the most cost effective way to make that happen.

Even though Arkansas frost line is shallow in comparison to more northern states. It is still an aspect to pay attention to when running water line. If the trench is not deep enough it can be costly to have fixed.

Once the trench is dug and the line is laid it’s time to backfill. Getting the line covered and smoothed out for a seamless transition. On occasion additional material needs to be brought in to fill.
